    The Wedding Package

Prior to the wedding day we would meet with you at the Church or wedding venue and decide where you would like formal photographs taken. The reason for this is to ensure you are happy with the locations and that there are alternatives in place if for any reason one of them should be unavailable (We have always been lucky with the weather but you never know, so better safe than sorry).

On the wedding day we arrive at the Church, or wedding venue, around 30 minutes before the ceremony and photograph your arrival and the ceremony as permitted. Following the wedding we would take a number of formal poses all of which would have been discussed with you during the pre-wedding day meeting. While all of this is happening one of us will be mingling and taking photographs of your family and friends capturing those unguarded moments you never see.

Prior to the day of the wedding we will have received details of the venue and estimated time for cutting the cake when we once again join you and your guests for the toasts and cutting of the cake. Once the cake has been cut we will leave you to enjoy the rest of your day.

Our objective is to blend in and capture the spontaneity of the occasion giving you a record of what you did and did not see. We would present a selection of the day’s images in a 12” x 16” linen bound hardback book printed on extra thick and heavy, archival quality, acid-free paper using four colour offset printing. In addition to the books we supply a CD or DVD with all of the pictures taken.

In addition to the book, we make an online album available on our website so you can make sure that everyone you know can see some of your photos. We also supply a USB Flash Drive with all of the pictures taken during the day and the online album as an executable program.

Note: 12” x 9” linen bound hardback albums for your parents and 8” x 5” paperback books to circulate around family and friends can be supplied at additional cost.
